As you can tell, the specs of the A3 and the A3x are almost entirely identical. But the A3 has more RAM at 6GB and a 50MP camera vs. the 8MP of the A3x. That said, all the cool features like 45w charging, ruggedness, and bright display are included in the A3x and that makes it quite a rough and tumble budget phone.
The higher end A3 will be available online on Sept 3, with the price not yet announced. We assume it'll be between 7-10k PHP. Maybe PHP 7,999. We'll know in a couple of days.
Their processor is the SD 6s 4G Gen 1. Let's face it, processor names have been a hot mess ever since we switched from SD 8xx / 6xx etc naming scheme. This particular processor though is fairly entry-level. With online Antutu scores getting around 250k. That's pretty low end, but usable. In our opinion, anything below 300k can have some minor stutters in the UI, with 400+ being a very smooth UI in general. So basically the performance of the A3 / A3x will be fine, but don't expect to be playing Genshin at higher than mid settings (probably).
